RAW INTERPRETATION
Max Mohl, student of the Faculty of Art and Architecture at the Technical University of Liberec, will present a minimalistic musical performance. The artists focuses on transforming digital data into a picture-sound-picture axis. Out of colours, shapes and distinction of picture data, come tone, rhythm and noise. Examining the interpretation of the code exceeds the rules and standards of image formats. Mohl mixes repetitive sound sequences in real time, which are directly related to digital colour.
